We want to be 100% transparent with our users. the fee is only charge when any seller is dealing with buyer via our service. how ever hosting karma is absolutely free. we are also allow user's to put html link in text box. we have no any objection if you just use ask4hire and deal out site  ask4hire. in this case you can got 100% amount but your Karma will not get visibility as you will not got any review from buyer. our system is design such that more positive review earned Karma gets more visibility in site as well as more ordered Karma.

Now, actual question is how much we charge from seller when any order got completed.

when any buyer give order via Paypal of $5. Paypal gives ask4hire ~$4.50 (10%). now ask4hire holds that amount until order completion and then return to seller $4. so our commission is $.50 per order. now you can say our commission is 10%($.50 of $5).

how ever we continually hard working & look forward to decrease this charge. we are charging this for maintain our resources as well as continually developing. our goal is to decrease this charge $0!!(%0 commission) and finding more solution for maintain ask4hire. if you have any business proposal then contact us
